1) 卖出物品价格非常的低，低得使人难以相信,而且连邮费也包了。尽管他在email里面说自己在Greece (希腊) 有supplier,有"source directly in the factory"。但鉴于电难硬件行业普遍利润低微，(IBM 的PC 业务部门连续亏损3年，最后不得不和联想合并。电脑硬件行业老大Dell 的profit margin 在2004年也仅有18%。) 从其他网站得知，该些物品的零售价格是卖家卖出价的2到3倍破，绽不言而喻了。
2) 卖家对4样物品的描述各不相同，介绍页面的风格也非常的不一样。在某些物品页面里面，甚至说到了自己最近运气不佳，卖出物品来套取现金。对于一般卖家来讲，介绍物品的网页风格都会比较固定，如字体的大小，网页table颜色的调用等等。
3) 骗子卖出物品的 "Item location 是 East Yorkshire", 但是email 里面却说是Greece 的卖家。诈骗嫌疑非常明显。
4) 骗子不让一般买家直接购买，而是要求买家离开ebay 私下付款。就连bid 的买家都要通过骗子认证。对于真正要做买卖的卖家来讲，这样是非常不方便的。诈骗尾巴再次暴露。
5) 骗子在email甚至说到:
"When you reach a Western Union Office they will probably ask you who do you send the money to. don't tell them about our deal. please say you send the funds to your friend. this way will avoid the high fees. "
这样一来，只要买家向对方付了款，骗子就更加合法的获得了款项，受骗的买家甚至很难向法院起诉对方。
6) 查阅对方以往的交易记录，普遍卖出物品的价值很低。近3个月也没有款项比较大的交易。诈骗嫌疑之6。

这个骗子为什么还能在ebay上面招摇，我推测
1) 是可能在英国有合伙人
2) ebay卖家的帐号给骗子盗用了

最后总结:
1) 英国的ebay也并不是没有骗子的地方，大家今后也要小心留意。
2) 决不接受离开ebay的私下交易，除非卖家的资料掌握的非常详尽。
3) 对于价格严重偏离市场的物品，一定要300%的留心。骗子利用人想贪小便宜的用心是非常明显的。
4) ebay是一个做买卖的地方，和其他的什么购物网站有着本质上的区别。买卖就意味着风险，一定要注意。
5) 大家对自己电脑也要多加保护，要安装杀毒软件和清理间谍软件的工具，并且定期更新。以免自己的个人资料被盗。
